In this role, she oversees the firm's human capital strategy, internal operations, and organisational governance — ensuring that NJA's people infrastructure keeps pace with its rapidly expanding continental footprint across West, East, Central, Southern Africa, and beyond.

Ebere brings a distinctive profile to her work: a rare convergence of legal training, human resources expertise, and a deep social entrepreneurship background. Beyond her advisory firm responsibilities, Ebere is a social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in development work in Nigeria. She is the founder of Fostering Geniuses, an online educational platform dedicated to helping parents unlock their children's early developmental potential, and previously founded the Egunec Education Support Foundation, a non-profit focused on sustainable peace, education, and empowerment for vulnerable communities across Africa.
